At Corporate Units you will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding luxury cars from Volvo. In close collaboration with colleagues, you will be a part of a team that provide the company with tools, methods and processes relating to IT, quality and finance. Corporate Units support the company's overall business development and daily operations. Job profile:
Corporate Units are looking for students to work with various tasks during the summer. We offer positions with both technical and administrative focus. We offer different positions within Corporate Units and your placement will be based on your education, competence, experience and interest. All positions will be placed at Volvo Car Group's head office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
For instance you could be working with:
• Support with basic administration and business development tasks
• Customer service over phone and email
• Supporting and analysing data in various systems
• Structuring and compiling different types of documentation (for example preparing presentation material)
• Participate in different projects within the organization
• Update and administrate websites
Your profile:
• Ongoing education at university level
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SharePoint and/or Web Design is meritorious
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 18 years old
• Some positions will require a valid driver's license
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Cooperation skills and service minded
• Positive and committed attitude
