Succession & Career Manager - this is what you'll do:
We are part of a transformation requiring high performing organization, global talent optimization and solid leadership - this is where you will have a critical role. Internal career and succession management will be key to success in the future; therefore, we are now recruiting this new role who will be responsible for our Succession Planning and career management within Global Commercial. You will also be responsible for employee mobility in our markets to make sure we build on our global talent base.
You will be developing and implementing strategic succession planning working collaboratively across the business adapting the talent strategy. Making sure we have an efficient career strategy within Commercial that will ensure employee engagement and development.

Our targets are high with a clear focus on the results, and we use analytics to make sure we are moving in the right direction. Our employees have the opportunity to grow and develop to meet future organizational requirements as well as business needs.

You will work closely with our PX (HR) Business Partners and the management teams, giving advice and support taking the talent strategy closer to the business and making it available for each country to implement and knowing the plan forward to secure we know our talents and have a clear succession plan for our critical roles. Being curious and innovative in how we can find and train diverse abilities in the business, developing them for their next opportunity. You also work closely with our experts in central PX. This is a critical area for us to make sure we keep the people with the knowledge we need to do a successful journey through the transformation and continue being an attractive employer.

We're looking for you!
We are looking for you with advanced English communication skills who can build trusted relationships with coworkers. You will be the go-to person for all questions related to this area, therefore positive attitude and understanding of different perspectives combined with balancing stakeholders is important. This together with the willingness to coach and support contributes to organizational change. Besides that, you are willing to take "hands-on" tasks and are good at planning your work accordingly.
With a learning mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas, you will be able to take this role developing it to the next level.

Qualifications:
This is the role for you with an HR background, potentially with experience from a global Talent acquisition team, and with great interest and experience in change management, succession planning and career management. You have experience in setting the direction and adapting the talent plan to the business plan. You have a technical interest and are curious to find out which new technical solutions that can add value for us in this area.

You also have:
• University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or similar competence
• Experience working with highly visible projects in an international environment
• Experience in commercial business preferably in industries with a high focus on customer experience
• Experience facilitating workshops
• Great communication skills
• Used to working with analytics, understanding the data and what gaps require actions
