The company's active part consists of a team of 11 people, each with their own expertise in areas from entrepreneurship to sports science, biomechanics, control technology and computer science/programming. Our head office and our research and development site are in Västerås.
1080Motion - a world leading manufacturer of high-tech fitness machines are looking for a highly motivated and talented .NET system developer to join our competent team.
Your background will likely be a BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or the equivalent together with a few years experience of building large scale robust web based systems and infrastructure.
Deep knowledge regarding "how browsers and Internet works" and technologies such as .NET, C#, HTML and CSS are essential skills required. More specifically you will be working with modern technologies such as Blazor Webassembly, Cosmos Db, Signal R and gRPC. Hosting environment is mostly within the Azure platform.
You will be expected to work independently with your own projects and to contribute to other projects when needed. You have the ability to create and complete tasks within your area, evaluate your performance and achieve results. You have experience of being responsible for your own area of expertise within different projects. As a team member you are responsible, flexible and communicate well with our other team members when needed. As we operate in an international market, a good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is a requirement.
In addition to a competitive salary you will also be eligible for compensation in the form of stock options.
Location is in Västerås however part time of the job may be performed remotely.
