Successfactors Tech Lead
What's in it for you?
Attract, recruit and on/off board team is responsible for keeping the digital tools used in recruitment processes up and running and is constantly looking for improvement and enhancement which can make the daily work of our candidates, employees, managers and recruiters simple.
Our area of responsibility covers employees and contingent workers processes as well as stand alone requisitions such as thesis workers and includes recruitment marketing, recruitment management, recruitment posting and onboarding/offboarding in SuccessFactors as well as correspondent areas in Fieldglass.
Our team is consisting of colleagues in several roles including business analysts, tech leads, developers, and scrum master who are located globally, creating a diverse agile product team contributing to Volvo Cars goal to attract right competencies for the company.
What you'll do
As the Successfactors Tech Lead your role will be to provide deep technical insights to the members of the scrum team. This includes collaborating with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to ensure that documentation is up to date and accurate as well monitoring that the solutions delivered by the scrum team complies to architecture and development guidelines.
You will also drive improvement to solve the users needs and issues, including design workshops, user experience testing and demos for stakeholders.
Do you fit the profile?
You have several years of experience working in large, preferably multi-national, organizations where you have implemented Succesfactors modules. We believe that you are certified Success factors employee central, recruiting marketing and management and Onboarding 1.0 & 2.0 (EC, RMK, RCM & Onboarding). We also think that you are knowledgeable in the areas of Integration and API.
It is considered a plus if you also have experience of the following:
* Reporting experience in both ad-hoc reporting and online report designer 'ORD'
* SAP HCM experience
* UI5 coding language experience
