Starbreeze Studio's, one of Europe's longest running development studios, is seeking a Submissions Manager to help in the delivery of high quality entertainment products, on a global scale. As Submissions Manager, you are a key-player in the development and distribution of great game-play experience, across all major hardware platforms.
As a key member of the Global Production Team, you will help manage the submission and compliance strategy. When managing 1st Party communications you're results-oriented, customer-centric approach will remove submission barriers, getting the product-to-the-people and helping drive Starbreeze Publishing success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Starbreeze compliance initiatives across the full breadth of internal and external projects and throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
Act as the principle point of contact for release of the title across 1st Party platforms.
Assist Producers with overseeing and managing internal and/or external resources to meet production schedules and release targets.
Report appropriately on the state of the game to Publishing senior management, Studio Dev, and other stakeholders.
Establish and maintain the role of Publishing's most knowledgeable game expert on their title.
Coordination with production services internally when necessary (QA, Localization, etc..)
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Successful coordination of at least one AAA title through cross-platform release
Experience managing game development timelines and QA, deployment, processes, etc.
Ability to deliver on objectives with autonomy and accountability
Experience building and maintaining external relationships
An analytical, logical, innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
Experience with Jira, Confluence or other task tracking software
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized and resourceful
Passion for games
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Deep familiarity with 1st Party technical compliance pipelines and procedures, across a broad range of hardware platforms (Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo 1st Party submission expertise).
Superior verbal and written communications skills
Ability to oversee overlapping and divergent schedules without any loss of effectiveness
