Control system developer to a global air filter company
Are you looking for an interesting and diversified role with freedom with responsibility at a leading global provider of air filters ?
We are now looking for a driven Engineer with background in either Mechatronics, Test or Automation. We believe you are driven to meet goals and take responsibility for solving the tasks at hand. You can expect to work with a wide range of products and tasks within this organization. You will be a part of R&D Europe, at Camfil Tech Center in Trosa, which is responsible for development and testing and filter products for the European market and also global filter products. At R&D you will be a part of the Engineering team, who designs filters, filter housing and test and production equipment for filter testing. It is an international work environment where many projects are run together with subsidiaries and suppliers in other countries, both in and outside Europe.
Responsibilities and Challenges: We are looking for a control system developer for our test equipment that is used in production units. Camfil work mainly in projects and you will be responsible for developing the control systems for the scanners that are used for validation of the functions on every produced HEPA filter. Today we are using VB6 for Beckhoff soft PLC and the programming includes mainly handling of data bases, writing reports and controlling machines.

Qualifications: You are an engineer with a relevant engineering qualification, Automation or Mechatronics, to support your skills. Experience working within an electromechanical design/test environment, or with working experience from programming control systems or automation. Knowledge of VB. NET or PLC is a requirement. Ability to communicate in written and oral English. The language used within the company is english.
