This is a unique and exciting opportunity for creative stylists who would love to join the fastest growing company in Europe!

You will be behind the scenes on the photo shoots and feel the pulse on the fashion industry. You will be very hands-on, planning, organizing and leading the styling process from the coming days, and ensure the commercial and creative aspects are combined for the best possible result for our customers!

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning inspiring outfits per specific models in advance for our customers that reflect the NA-KD style and message

• Coordinating and planning with photographers, models and hair&makeup artists for all ecom shoots as well as location campaigns

• Leading and training a team of other junior stylists and interns

• Ensure quality check of the work of junior stylists

• Choose and book models

• Ensure that the final result is within highest quality standards

• Develop and maintain good relationships with you team as well as other departments in the company with a "can do" attitude

• 3+ experience as a Photoshoot Stylist, Editorial/Fashion Stylist or similar role

• Degree in Fashion Design, Photography or relevant field is a plus

• Experience working and organizing in the studio

• Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends in clothes, shoes, accessories and makeup

• Excellent organizational and team empowerment skills

• Availability to work flexible hours when necessary

• "Can do" attitude, sees the solution not the problem

• Manic about the details

• Highly positive and able to work under pressure

• English knowledge

• Flexibility to travel, if needed

Experience:
