hela Sverige The Visual Merchandising department is a part of the Global Sales Support function within H&M. Together with the rest of the sales team the department is responsible for creating an inviting, inspiring and commercial shopping environment in all of H&M?s stores. The Visual department?s role in this challenge is to optimize garment presentation and in-store campaign follow-up in our biggest sales channel, our stores.
We are currently looking for a project leader who will specialize in styling to join us. The aim is to ensure that the styling is on a high level and to create an inviting and exciting shopping experience for our customers when producing the global styling guidelines for window and indoor for selected concepts.
A successful candidate is expected to ensure that the Visual information and Guidelines always have a high level of quality and a clear purpose to increase selling.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensures that the styling is at a high level to maximise sales and create an inviting and exciting shopping experience for our customers.
Ensure that choice of outfits are commercial and styling finish is with quality and the customer profile of concept in mind, both windows and indoor.
Secures the window and indoor styling up enhance the campaign feeling.
Secure that the Visual information and Guidelines always have a high level of quality and a clear purpose to increase selling.
Ensures that the content of the Department Book and makes sure all necessary information is included in the visual guidelines.
Maximises profit, commerciality and selling through pre-planning together with the visual support group.
Being updated on the latest selling here and now and take action if needed.
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications/experiences:
3-5 years of work experience fashion retail
Strong Styling skills, preferably experience as Visual Manager.
Strong salesmanship skills combined with good communication skills
A natural drive to achieve results and a strong track record in your roles so far
Intermediate user of Microsoft Office
Strong skills in understanding and improving ways of working.
The ability to express yourself in English, written and spoken
