We are looking for a Studio Promotions Director for our Stockholm Studio and CRM team. Your role will be to work within our iconic Stockholm studio with the game and business performance teams to market live operations and other game specific events. You will be responsible for managing a team of talented marketers (CRM, Brand Creative, Community and Localisation) and will be instrumental in co-ordination and innovation to keep our games dynamic and fresh for our loyal players.
Together with your team of marketers embedded in our games, you will deliver world class campaigns for live ops and other game events through channels such as mobile push, email, Facebook notifications, social and in-game. You will own the whole creative process and set objectives for campaign impact. You will be an innovative thinker, bringing live ops and new marketing techniques to the team. You will build strong, effective cross functional relationships and position yourself as a true subject matter expert. It is important you are self-sufficient, autonomous and will relish the opportunity to be accountable for delivering an exceptional marketing plan for this iconic franchise.
This position reports both to the VP, CRM and the CRM/Player Kingdom Operations Director.
Skills to create thrills
• You have a minimum of 4+ years leading a team focused on Live Ops and/or CRM to a large, international user base
• You have a passion and interest of casual games and the drive to bring live ops to the largest game network in the world.
• Previous people management experience is essential
• Highly numerate, you will be very comfortable analysing and optimising campaigns in a quantitatively robust manner
• Strong international experience is highly desirable
