We offer you As a Studio Production Manager, you have an exciting role where you are responsible for our Inhouse studio at Kappahl. You lead production, plan and coordinate the Studio Team, which includes both internal and external parties. The role has overall responsibility for the various processes required to ensure schedule, efficiency and budget and you will be the manager of a team of five people today. You will work on behalf of both our Business Units WoMan and Kids and ensure a close cooperation with our Ecom team.
Your profile We are looking for you who have relevant post-secondary education and previous experience of similar roles and with a previous experience of at least five years of leading teams and personnel responsibility. You are open-minded and creative with a holistic approach, developing new way of working and new solutions ensuring our overall goals. You will communicate with different actors, both inside and outside of Kappahl, and we see that you have a good ability to express yourself in both English and Swedish in speech and writing. You also have good knowledge of office software such as MS Office.
In order for you to thrive in the role, you should appreciate having a varied work where you need to have a positive action and solution-oriented attitude. Of course, you have a great genuine fashion interest.
