Are you a multitasking ninja and a true collaborative team player? Always been told that you are a person that "gets things done" in a warm and friendly way? And do you also have experience in finance and HR? If yes, then continue reading!

We've grown bigger and are looking for someone who's ready to coordinate and take care of the studio in Stockholm and making sure that it's the best place to go to! Our finance and HR department would also need a piece of your precious time! Alicia, our master of finance, would love to get some accounting and admin help, as well as Linda, our HR master, would benefit from an extended arm to ease general Stockholm specific HR tasks.

A lot of different things are cooking at the same time and we need a new colleague who makes sure that things are running smoothly in a structured and organised way. Someone who keeps an extra eye of details, is service minded and enjoys daily progress in the overall organisation.

About the position

If you become easily restless and enjoy doing a lot of different things during the day, we are a perfect match for you! We are looking for someone who likes to communicate with different people, both within the organisation and outside the organisation, as the face of Above. We believe that you are responsive to what needs to be done and not afraid to get started to make a difference in the daily work and further to contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the team and among your colleagues. As mentioned above, you will also support with basic administrative tasks within the finance and HR area.

This is what you will do:

• Support in finance (bookkeeping, reconciliations,
monthly reports, etc.)
• Support in HR (recruitment, employment agreement,
HR intro, etc.)
• Overall studio appearance responsibility
• Maintaining the office condition and arranging
necessary repairs
• Coordinate with IT department on all office
equipment
• Studio supply management
• Schedule meetings (alt. Scheduling meetings and
appointments within the office)
• Support in general administrative tasks
• Travel planning and booking
• Address employees queries regarding office
management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and
travel arrangements)
• Prep for new employees (alt. Assist in the on-
boarding process for new hires)
• Main point of contact to some of our vendors
• Take care of our visitors and prepare for meetings
• Plan after works and other happenings
• Order food and lunch

What we're looking for

To be able to succeed, we think that you have experience from an administrative and/or coordinating position. You get energy from providing service to your colleagues and to our clients. Creating routines and working according to them are obvious to you. You get a kick of a nice and beautiful studio where everyone does what they're good at. Since we are a company with colleagues and clients from all over the world, English and Swedish skills, both written and verbally, are a must have.
