Your role will be to work with in-house production and onsite training, which means styling and shooting garments, and training our clients in how to work with the Looklet solution in the best possible way.
Our main clients are located abroad which means that travel is an essential part of the job.
Your days will include:
Executing tests and demos for potential clients
Training current clients in best practice
Production with our in-house clients
Updating content in our manuals
An extra benefit of working with the Test & Training Team is that you may have the possibility to participate in development project since we are constantly working on improving and keeping a high quality
Requirements:
For you to be a great fit for this position we think that you are a positive and solution-oriented team player with an excellent
eye for details. You are also self-motivated, driven and very service-oriented. In your daily work, you are structured, thorough and able to contribute with creative ideas.
To succeed in this role you should have:
1-2 years of previous work experience
Very good skills in English, both orally and in writing
A positive and outgoing personality
High customer relation skills
Strong pedagogic skills
It's an advantage if you also have:
• Great interest in fashion and digital photography

We are now looking for a driven and service minded colleague to join our talented Test & Training Team.
The Test & Training Team takes care of the client success at Looklet and train our clients in the studio and software and is responsible for setting the styling guidelines. Additionally the team also performs demos and test productions for potential clients as part of the sales process. Being part of the Test & Training Team you have a strong quality focus, a sense of fashion and a service oriented mind.
