hela Sverige We are now looking for a Student Worker - Compliance Analyst working approx.20 hours a week with Nasdaq in its Compliance Function. You will be working primarily with compliance matters relating to the Nasdaq Nordic regulated entities such as the Nasdaq Nordic exchanges, Nasdaq Clearing and Nasdaq Broker Services. . As a Compliance Analyst you will be a part of our compliance team based in Stockholm headed by our Nordic/Baltic Head of Compliance. You will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officers of the respective regulated entities. Clearing house.
Responsibilities:
* Assistance to the compliance officers of other regulated Nordic Nasdaq entities.
* Perform regulatory controls and assist with material to the regulators.
* Support with compliance policies and procedures established by senior management and the Boards.
* Support with compliance reviews conducted by the compliance team.
* Support with administrative tasks.
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
* Education Required: Law student at least 2 years left to graduation.
* Basic understanding of the financial markets.
* Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
