The company is a digital consulting company and a seed investor that works in the interface between digital product development and investments in technology companies.
They are now looking for a part-time Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruitment team in Stockholm. The the position is an hourly employment and we need you to be available to work minimum 8 hours/week (20 %) during the semesters. We like to see that you are flexible, but in return work with your own responsibility and times that suit you best together with your studies. The position is planned to start asap.
How you will make an impact
As Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working closely with the Head of Recruitment, playing an important role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.
Mostly focusing on recruiting for our tech consultant team, but you will also contribute towards developing our recruitment practices as a whole. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent out there by networking and ensuring our presence as an attractive employer within the tech start-up field.
You have the greatest chance of success in this role if you are communicative, structured, analytical, have strong social skills, and if you have some kind of sales, service or/and recruitment experience.

Work with recruitment in multiple key areas, specifically tech-related roles in the companies offices - Stockholm, Tallinn and Malmö and soon to be launched offices in Copenhagen and Helsinki.
Find, excite, and engage passive candidates (mostly on LinkedIn).
Design and publish recruitment ads
Book interviews
Follow-up of candidates
Build strong partnerships with various stakeholders and be the trusted advisor for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment area to hiring managers.
Participate in Employer Branding activities, such as recruitment events, fairs and other exciting activities linked to meeting candidates.
Ensure the companies diversity targets are being met along with HR
Suggest improvements and help develop the processes for ensuring high validity and efficiency.
Work on an innovative and experimental basis, helping with improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting operations.

Who you are
To succeed and thrive in this role at the company we believe you have/ are:
Studying at a University or College.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech, sales or recruitment.
Driven and encouraged to work based on clear goals.
Both curious in dialogue with new people and structured in your way of planning the day.
Confidence in yourself and your own ability, but also appreciate and like to get involved in the team work.
Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and the other department heads, making sure hiring criteria is aligned with business priorities.
Ability to demonstrate a clear diversity focus on all aspects of the hiring process.
Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
As a person, you flourish in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and find the perfect balance between good-enough and perfection.
You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful working relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds.

Nice-to-have requirements
Experience of or interest in tech. For example experience in programming.
Experience with working in a data-driven environment.
Project management skills
A third language skill. For example in Estonian, Danish or Finish
