We are now looking for a student to support our ESG Research and Products team in Responsible Investment.
Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the center of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices. NAM has around 900 employees and more than 475 Nordic and international institutional clients.
About this opportunity
Responsible Investment is a team of 25+ professionals with a great passion for Sustainability, ESG, Climate and data. We have a dual office structure with team members based in Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen.
You'll join the ESG Products and Research team in Responsible Investment, which sits at the core of ESG analysis and research. We are a renowned ESG team, which have won several prices over the past 10 years for our ESG research approach. Our vision is to be the best Responsible Investment team globally, by delivering high quality research, analysis and products to our stakeholders and clients.
As a student, you will among other tasks, support the ESG analysts and the Portfolio Managers with ESG analysis as well as screening portfolio holdings on a number of sustainability metrics and criteria's.
Your main tasks will be to perform and provide support in:
* Sustainability research and analysis
* Research on specific ESG topics
* Company ESG analysis
* ESG Data screening and structuring
* Screening the illiquid market for ESG information
* Reporting activities such as impact reporting
* Preparing presentations internally and for clients
* Ongoing administrative tasks
This is a student position with 15-20 hours/week based in Stockholm.

Your profile and background:
* 1-2 years until graduation at Master level
* Significant interest in sustainability, ESG, and how it intersects and is connected to investments
* Knowledge of ESG regulatory frameworks such as the EU Taxonomy and SFDR
* Experience in PowerPoint and Excel required, experience with R, SQL, Python, or VBA will be highly valued
* Good stakeholder management skills and capable of building and maintaining solid relationships
* Project management skills are considered to be meriting
* Good communication skills, both on a high level and a detailed level, and ability to bring this forward and present new ideas to stakeholders and customers
* Business mindset, with an interest for both the detailed and high-level perspective
* Passionate team player, who thrives in a diverse team
* Ability to drive process improvements, taking the whole value chain perspective
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Fluent in written and spoken Swedish
