Your job is to maintain and develop all logistics of BioLamina and also help us grow our business together with the BioLamina sales team. You will make sure our customers get their orders and that we have the right supplies to produce our products.
BioLamina is a rapidly expanding biotech company that was founded upon breakthrough research discoveries from the Karolinska Institute. We produce, develop and sell human recombinant laminins and related products to make primary cell culture easy. After only three years we distribute to 28 countries and our customers rate our high quality products as functionally the best. We have grown to be 10 full-time employees and expect to grow further.
We are building a company with an aim to provide the best solutions to scientists worldwide working with primary cell culture.
As a small company, you will work independently and be the expert in your space, the logistics. Your job will include development and handling of all shipping, customs and logistics procedures. You will also be the customer?s contact from order placement to the receiving goods and to make sure we receive the payment. Ordering products and keeping eye on our own stock will also be your responsibility.
Another part of your job will be to help our sales team by sending quotations and other emails to potential and existing customers. You will also maintain e-mail lists and search for potential collaborators and customers. Our internal logistics and CRM system will also be your responsibility.
Your profile:
• A street-smart problem solver
• Experience with logistics and/or sales
• Excellent computer skills (Excel and others)
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Driven and results-oriented
• Structured, analytical and flexible
• Strong will to work in a highly entrepreneurial climate
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, e.g. ISO9001 or GMP, is a plus
