hela Sverige * recruit, organize and develop strong fit for purpose teams to deliver implementation of scalable new income stream opportunities into MP to maximize total revenue growth
• lead fit for purpose teams and coach team members to enable autonomy and decision empowerment, to foster implementation of new income streams into MPs and scaling of these opportunities across MPs
• in close collaboration with MP Manager, Deputy Operations Manager and fit for purpose team develop new income stream implementation plan and is overall responsible for assigned new income stream implementation opportunities in MPs to maximise total revenue growth
• with MP Manager and fit for purpose team analyses new income streams implemented in MPs to identify and share best-practices aspects as well as feedback from Sales organisation to ensure it is taken into account upon future scaling across MPs
• prepare new income streams implementation risk assessment of the new income streams implementation in MP as well as risk assessment for future scaling across MPs
• prepare new income streams additional opportunities recommendation for new income streams scaling across MPs to maximize total revenue in line with Centres direction
• develop expertise in MPs in terms of ability to analyse, evaluate and forecast a life-cycle of the new or existing income streams as well as development of risk mitigation plan and proper new income stream opportunity planning
• support Accelerator Hub and Commercial & Digital Domain in evaluating and creating pilots of new income streams ongoing in the MPs
• develop and promote innovative approaches to new income stream among MPs and Operations Domain
