About the job
As Strategy & Transformation Manager, your main mission is to support the strategic development of Telavox in close collaboration with VP Strategy & Transformation and the rest of the management team. This includes strategic planning and documentation, strategic roadmap creation, workshop facilitation, competitor and market research, and much more - everything to ensure that our strategy and strategic planning are constantly developing and that they are aligned, documented, and communicated.
Your work will also be to:
Identify needs in the organization together with relevant stakeholders, based on business and organizational impact.
Analyze, shape, and communicate a way forward for identified needs, owning the transformation and change management agenda for selected projects. The initiatives and projects will be on both company and department level
Evaluate and prepare cross-functional business cases in close collaboration with relevant departments
About you
To do well and have lots of fun in this role, we believe that you have at least 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, or business development, preferably within digital transformation, M&A, or similar. You probably have an academic background including a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business/Economics, or similar.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Strategy development and strategic planning - You have a proven ability to adapt and adopt strategic frameworks, design, implement and follow up on strategic roadmaps and plans and develop crisp presentations and other documentation.
Project Management - Experienced leader of large-scale international projects. You also have full knowledge of and ability to develop and use all tools in the project management toolbox
Change Management - The ability to prepare, support and drive an organization/individual in a change journey, adapting e.g. leadership style and ways of working to the situations
Business Acumen - You understand, analyze, and explain all angles of business models, complex business cases, and financial statements. You also identify the big picture, key drivers, opportunities and risks
As you will be working closely with different departments, you need to be an excellent communicator and able to adapt your message to the intended audience. Since continuous learning is part of your job description, you will need to have an appetite for new challenges and not wait for anyone to take the lead. As a person, you are a doer and an excellent communicator with high EQ. You are a true multi-tasker, problem-solver, and innovator who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
