We are seeking a Strategy & Insights Manager to lead the creation of winning and actionable strategies based on leading insights. From previous experience you know how to move from vision to action and from data to decision, securing seamless strategy deployment within the Ingka Centres roadmap.
We are looking for you, who has strong interdependent and collaborative leadership skills and is motivated about strategic problem-solving and exploration. You like structure and solving complex tasks and translating them into simple solutions. Seeing the big picture, structuring information, creating concepts and frameworks make you excited!
You have broad change management knowledge and extensive knowledge of leading people and business at a senior level. We think you also have previous experience from stakeholder management. Especially the ability to act as a senior advisor and trusted partner to management and board.

• Have experience leading others and demonstrates leadership ability and effectiveness.

• Are structured, analytical and with ability to keep focused under high pressure and pace
• Ability to provide credible, inspiring and impactful communication, consultation and facilitation skills and stakeholder management at high level of seniority
• Are self-driven, but likes to collaborate with others
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
The responsibility of the Strategy & Insights Manager is to lead and manage Ingka Centres' strategic landscape and frameworks, key strategic problem solving. Working closely with Centres CFO & Business Navigators to connect strategies towards Value Creation goals. Accountable for strategy and insights management and Ingka Centres wide strategy communication aimed at timely providing stakeholders with strategic direction.
By applying Industry Insight, knowledge of industry trends, outlooks and emerging technologies you will help Ingka Centres achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will be responsible to lead and manage the Ingka Centres Strategic landscape and Insights landscape; adapting and contributing to Ingka Group frameworks, methods and tools.
What you'll do every day:
• Collaborate closely with the Strategy and Insights team in Ingka Group and other key stakeholders, on the strategy development initiation and deployment.
• Lead the development of Ingka Centres' Direction in close collaboration with Ingka Centres' Meeting Places, and to ensure integration of strategic insights into strategies and strategic decision making; as per operational and transformational needs.
• Secure strategy development support for strategy owners, delivering to the Ingka Centres' vision and Value Creation goals.
• Orchestrate the insights network to secure insights generation, initiate and utilize strategy related business intelligence,
• Help us stay industry-competitive, follow up insights efficiency and effectiveness and manage life cycle of strategies and insights to understand future needs better
• Secure an aligned approach towards initiatives and activities supporting Centres' direction execution through up to date Commitment plan,
• Take the leadership for interface with Ingka Group SD&I portfolio management and secured benefit and risk balance in strategy deployment portfolio
• Responsible to initiate deployment of our strategies
• Be an active member of the C&D (commercial & Digital) leadership team, proactively contributing to the C&D management agenda
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of senior leaders to secure right competences, performance and succession.
• Support Meeting places performance excellence by developing strategic capabilities, insights driven local plans and contribute to Meeting place, making competence development throughout the organization
You will report to Commercial & Digital Manager, Jens Nielsen, and your place of work will be Malmö, Sweden.
