Job description:
This role will be a key member of the Nordic Oncology Business Strategy and Operations Team, and will be responsible of leading and executing in a cross-functional and cross-country setting
Ensure efficacy of existing operations and capturing new opportunities to grow and optimize the Nordic Oncology Business
Establish and implement business excellence by coordinating Nordic business processes (strategic and operational) as well as European and Global business excellence programs
Ensure excellence in CRM, performance and analytics tools
Storyboarding, synthesizing the received data, and generating actionable insights to enable decision making
Provide expertise and analytical skills to project and ad hoc analysis for the business
Support performance updates and launch planning & reviews
Coordination across Nordic functions and country teams
Qualifications:
Master's degree or equivalent in Business Strategy, Finance, Digital or Marketing
English fluent in speaking and writing
Experience from pharmaceutical industry
5+ years of relevant experience from Business Excellence/Analytics/Digital, Finance, Business Intelligence, strategic development
Deep understanding of Oncology market dynamics and has a strong cross-functional mindset
Experience from strategic and operational planning, project management and business analytics
Skilled in digital/performance analytics and CRM systems
Experience from working in the Nordic market is an advantage
