What you'll do The Strategy team is responsible for organizing the annual strategy process for Telenor Sweden and for facilitating development of concrete action plans to ensure execution of our strategy in close cooperation with each division. In addition, working structurally with our M&A agenda, ensuring focus on and progress of key structural improvement initiatives as well as leading selected strategic projects are parts of the team's responsibilities. As such, you will be working alongside key stakeholders within Telenor Sweden and Telenor Group, giving you a broad exposure and in-depth understanding of all of our business areas. This position is a perfect entry point to take on high business impact and leadership positions in the future. Who are you You are a naturally curious person with the ability to learn quickly. You possess sound judgment and excellent analytical- and problem solving skills. Collaborating cross functions and interacting independently with senior management and other key stakeholders is nothing you shy away from. Your communication skills, written and orally, are a testament to your ability to influence others and impact decision-making. You have a sharp strategic mind-set and a structured approach - leading projects and facilitating discussions comes natural to you. Experience working in the telecom industry is a positive advantage, but not mandatory. To succeed you preferably possess one or more of the following: * 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within consulting or strategy related roles * Have strong communication skills, both orally and written * Have the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently * Have the ability to lead projects and facilitate meaningful discussions Our promise A balanced workforce is key to our success.
