About Vehicle Software Factory (VSF)
At VSF, our mission is to drive the continuous release of full trucks with unwavering confidence. We harmonize the GTT software ecosystem, gain profound insights into the product plan, and cultivate a product-centric environment within the Volvo Group.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Strategy Leader at VSF, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your mission extends beyond VSF; it encompasses the entire organization. You'll join a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to overseeing the seamless integration of software and hardware in trucks. Your role includes:
You'll manage technology development processes, resolve complex challenges and define meticulous software verification and validation plans.
You will foster cross-functional collaboration to align with organizational delivery intentions.
You'll work closely with developers, testers, integrators, and product leaders to consistently define and leverage product capability status at a scalable level.
You will establish a crystal-clear strategic direction, make well-informed decisions, and steer teams toward shared objectives
You'll leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of product initiatives.
Given VSF's boundary-spanning mission, you'll operate at a strategic level, amplifying the impact of your colleagues' cross functions. As a leader you will inspire and challenge people to be the best they can be. You are a driving force and use experiences, feedback and best practices to constantly evolve and improve.

Several years as a strategic leader in a technical environment
Technical background on embedded system integration and verification
Your profound understanding of software development, architecture, and emerging technology
