hela Sverige Do you have an interest of defining the future of Digital Services? We are now looking for a Strategy development manager (Market analysis focus) at the Business Area Digital Services (BDGS), to be part of the strategy team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the BA Digital Services overall strategy, ensuring long term competitiveness in the market we decide to address. We expect you to make a difference in the market analysis and forecast, by delivering data-driven insights for business decisions (analyzing, interpreting and synthesizing learnings from market, competitors, industry, customers adapted to our BDGS strategy, drawing conclusions that are actionable, impactful, and accessible for customers and/or stakeholders), maintain and develop tools for collection and visualization of data
Responsibilities:
Provide business with insights derived from data and analytics to support qualified decision making - operationally as well as strategically
Work with stakeholders in helping them get to desired insights by identifying, structuring, and visualizing external unstructured data in an efficient and attractive way
Coordination and support of Solution Areas, Functional Areas and Market Areas intelligence network. Creating and sharing insights.
Continuously monitor and analyze key industry and market trends as well as the wider external environment
Gather information about competitors, industries and financial and provide analyses
Ability to develop tools and dashboards
Key qualifications:
Excellent excel skills
Excellent level of analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking
Good communication, presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills
Holistic view and ability to see the big picture as well as complex relations and dependencies
Excellent market, competitor, portfolio and customer understanding,
Strong Financial evaluation skills, high level of knowledge & understanding of financials ratios, with command of macroeconomic and specific industry indicators
Experience in performing market analysis and forecast
Collection and visualization tools creation
Great track record in collaboration as a team player
Appreciated experience and capacity:
Analytic, structured, accurate and attention to detail. Goal oriented.
Creative and innovative mindset
Should be able to propose enhancements, new tools/processes to improve quality and quantity of data to support business decisions
The Strategy development manager role is based in Sweden and reports to Farjola Peco, Head of Strategy at BDGS.
