In the role as Strategy and business development manager you will support in developing and communicating Tre 's strategic vision, support in creating corporate strategy in areas such as: 5G, fixed-mobile convergence, digitalisation, new revenue streams, Internet of Things etc. You will also support the CEO office and translate corporate strategy into a set of initiatives and actions to drive growth and value creation in Scandinavia. You will report to the Chief Strategy and Business Development officer in Scandinavia but also have the Swedish & Danish management teams as stakeholders.
You will also support and ensure effective functioning of corporate strategy, business development, mergers & acquisition and transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
• Master's degree in science, economics, or another related field and 2-4 years of experience working in a top tier management consultant firm or investment bank
• Project Manager experience, with experience in driving complex projects
• Experience in having done Due Diligence or M&A in previous roles
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Extensive experience in excel data modelling
• Extensive experience in creating strategy and business development documents and communicating through PowerPoint
• Excellent top down communication skills and comfortable presenting material to top management and demanding stakeholders on a standalone basis
• Experience in creating and reviewing business cases
• Strong leadership skills and the proven ability to drive organizational change
• Ability to function across multiple organization structures, styles and cultures
• Knowledge & experience in working in the telecom industry (for external applicants)
