We are now looking for a Strategy and Business Development Manager. For this position, you will be able to embark upon an exciting journey to develop, shape and grow our sustainable business, now and for the future.
You will work close to Volvo Energy Executive Leadership Team and with several other functions, stakeholders, and partners to align, drive and grow our business. You will report to the Head of Strategy at Volvo Energy.

What will you be doing?
As Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will be the leading and orchestrating several strategically oriented focus areas e.g but not limited to:
Develop, refine, implement and follow-up Volvo Energy's strategic direction and execution plan.
Drive and/or participate in strategic investigations and projects.
Work with business and market intelligence.
Conduct competitor benchmarking, including other actors that are shaping our industry.
Establish and work with partnership models and assessment.
Develop, assess, propose, and pilot various business models to support new customer offer(s).
Develop and manage Volvo Energy governance model.
Develop and prepare communication and decision material for leadership team.

You are a person that enjoys working in a dynamic environment, having strong social & inter-cultural skills working close to colleagues both locally and globally. You like to challenge yourself enabling personal development and growth. You have good understanding of business challenges in an international environment. Also, you have experience in working with an end-to-end value chain perspective, preferably in the area of electromobility, battery value chain and business circularity - but this is not a must.
To make it a success for yourself and Volvo Energy, you are a strong communicator, both verbally and through creation of visual communication material, you feel confident when presenting work results to senior leadership. Furthermore, you have a holistic mindset, knows how to facilitate a discussion, enjoys teamwork and are collaborative by nature. You and your work are characterized by strong personal credibility, integrity and creativity.
Excellent proficiency in the English language is required, other languages are beneficial.
