Your role
We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role involves collecting information to providing key insights that drive business decisions, along with developing and implementing business plans. You will be crucial in shaping the company's strategic direction and communicating these strategies within the organization.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Rollout and implementation of business plans.
* Development, follow-up and evaluation of business plans.
* Communication of business strategies within the organization.
* Develop and manage the Business Intelligence process creating a system that transform data points into actionable insights.
* Analyze market trends and competitors, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
* Review business processes and make recommendations to management and executives for improvements and implementation.
* Actively participate in strategic initiatives and projects.
* Conduct analyses and investigations of a strategic nature.

Your profile
We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will excel at producing concise and impactful reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Proven problem-solving capabilities are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various departments. Strong communication skills are a must, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse audiences. To thrive in this role, you have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
