Pushing boundaries for a sustainable future
Can clean-energy tech change the world? We say yes. Here's why. The way we heat our homes today is responsible for 15% of all of Europe's CO2 emissions. Switching to sustainable, clean energy solutions is the easiest and most impactful way households can play their part in net zero.

We are a next-generation home energy champion. We passionately believe that creating smart, sustainable homes is our way to make a positive impact in the world. Clean-energy tech is purposeful work. Urgent work. We'd love you to do it with us.

About the role

We are expanding our Strategy team and are looking for an Analyst to join us to support our corporate strategy efforts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the build-out of our market intelligence factbook
• Support various strategic analyses, and through your work help shape our strategic direction and recommendations
• Support in preparing board / external communications material

To accomplish the above, you will need to identify relevant information sources, collect required data, conduct analysis, draw insights, and document / communicate findings.

You will quickly be exposed to, work closely with, and learn from more experienced team members (both within the Strategy team and in our broader team). In addition, you will conduct interviews (as needed) with industry associations, experts from various networks, partners, and other key stakeholders.

We promise you a steep learning curve with a lot of responsibility already from day one. You will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical, business management, and leadership skills in a high-paced environment and fast-growing business.

What we would like you to have

Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with frequent change, we would like you to have:

• Business-oriented academic degree (MSc, BSc, or equivalent)
• 2+ years prior work experience (in the role of an Analyst, supporting business decisions with data-based analyses and presentations)
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Excel (financial / business modeling)
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for what you do and a can-do attitude

What's in it for you

• Competitive salary
• Rewarding secondary benefits
• The chance to build a global company and transformative products
• Fast-moving growth journey making a positive impact on the world
• Supportive and inclusive culture alive with learning opportunities

At Aira, We're not just champions of next-generation energy, we're champions in Diversity and Inclusion too.
