Atos Medical is a fast-growing MedTech company driven by the desire to both save and improve people's lives. Atos Medical is on an exciting expansion journey. Therefore, we are now looking for a new strategy colleague to join our Commercialization team in our Global Head Quarters in Malmö.
About the role
This is a new position reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Development & Operations and in close collaboration with our Senior Strategy Manager.
You will be driving sophisticated analysis on strategic positioning, pricing, and market sizing. In this role, you will also get the opportunity to learn and take responsibility for specific strategic initiatives with exposure to senior internal stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Be responsible for strategic, pricing, market, and positioning analysis.
• Collaborate with the Senior Strategy Manager for the ideation of strategies.
• Manage and facilitate strategic and commercial projects.
• Support the conception of business cases for commercial initiatives.
• Act both as a sparring partner and challenger for the markets and HQ functions.
Qualifications & Experience
In this position, we are looking for someone who loves to investigate complex problems and propose solutions based on data. Creativity and willingness to learn are encouraged, therefore, we want to give you plenty of mentoring and growing opportunities. The following experience will help you to benefit from this opportunity:
• Relevant higher education (Business, Healthcare, Bio-Medicine, Data Science).
• 0-2 years of experience working with strategy or commercial excellence.
• Strong analytical toolbox.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, another language is a plus.
