Main areas of responsibility:
As Sourcing Manager you will lead and coordinate sourcing for the global product assortment within all product areas within the division of Ventilation. The assortment includes all our traded goods within the area of duct systems, fans, valves and other ventilation equipment that we don 't produce ourselves. In the role you will lead a network of category lead purchasers, where you are responsible to set up strategies, follow up KPI's, secure compliance of the processes and strategies in order to contribute to Lindab's overall strategies and result including the important area of sustainable sourcing.

Main tasks:

Co-ordinate and prioritize category lead purchasers strategies, initiatives and activities.
Drive the sustainable sourcing process.
Set and reach targeted levels/KPIs for the purchase organisation within the division.
Identify, negotiate and close contracts with suppliers in tandem with business, technical and legal teams.
Drive the supplier selection process in support of our global deployment and operations processes.
Manage Sourcing initiatives and lead negotiations of commercial terms & conditions and secure all aspects in the agreements such as code of conduct, environmental and quality issues etc.
Ensure that that the Quality Control process and Supplier Evaluation method is implemented and followed within the Ventilation systems and that supplier performance levels are reaching levels for entering Lindab Supplier base.
Your background
We believe that you have a senior experience from a leading position with corresponding tasks and responsibilities. Most likely you have an academic education at university level, within economics, logistics, business administration or engineering. Alternatively, you have gained experience and knowledge through work experience at a similar level. Since we operate in an international arena we believe that you have experience from working in a multicultural environment and that you find it stimulating. You are fluent in English. Good knowledge in Swedish or other Nordic language is a plus, we also find it meritorious if you have a technical background in combination with leadership and general knowledge in HVAC.
