hela Sverige Network Products Hardware Sourcing within Business Area Networks is responsible for sourcing of components and products for Radio Access and Core Network systems. They are now recruiting talented candidates that will contribute to our skilled team consisting of approximately 150 experienced sourcing professionals located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Beijing and Bucharest.
Job description
Through excellent sourcing management they ensure effective sourcing of components and products in alignment with Business Area Networks strategies, corporate policies and directives.
They are actively involved in product development, evaluating technical solutions and driving and negotiating the right commercial conditions before releasing a product to the market. During the product lifecycle, they are constantly working with cost reduction activities.
The work includes supplier management of our global supplier base. This means business strategy alignment, relationship governance, contractual negotiations and supplier performance development with international world leading companies.
Supplier evaluation and category management is part of the responsibility to develop the supplier base for future technology and business needs. In a competitive environment, business intelligence, financial and category analysis is important tools to understand the future market trends.
Traveling is required, domestic and abroad.
Qualification
A University degree in Engineering with Business mindset, or equivalent in Economics with Technical knowledge.
Competence
The successful candidate will have genuine interest in technical sourcing preferably proven by relevant experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills are vital along with an ability to build networks. You contribute as part of a team in a multicultural environment. You like to create results together with others and by yourself. You possess analytical skills, a strategic mindset and a willingness to take responsibility. The job involves international contacts, so besides Swedish you must also be fluent in English.

About the employment
The assignment as Strategic Sourcing Manager is on a consultant basis with start immediately.
Project period 6 months with the opportunity to extension. As a consultant, you will get an employment at Adecco Sweden.
