The Insights team at Inter IKEA exists to drive well-informed decision-making by providing timely and actionable insights into the many people and the world that we operate in. As Strategic Range Insights Leader, you will:
Be a primary business partner to strategic range topics: understanding the needs and opportunities. and uncovering and landing insights with impact on strategic decisions.
Inspire and enable decision-making, development, implementation, and measurement of range strategies.
Manage strategic research and work with the insight network to improving insight capabilities based on strategic needs.
This role is full-time (40 hours per week), sits in the Insights function in Range and reports to the Range Insights Manager. This role is based in Älmhult.
