As our Strategic Purchaser you will be responsible for developing suppliers in short and long term considering TCM. Our aim is to ensure that we are working with the correct suppliers with stable quality and service levels at all times in combination with a competitive price.
Your main duties will be to;
• manage complaints regarding purchased items and services
• work with supplier development, supplier evaluation, and agreement negotiations
• be part in different project teams and also independently start and run projects
• develop and maintain commercial relationships with selected suppliers
• be responsible for anchoring new suppliers or changes internaly.
Qualifications
You have a university degree or corresponding competence as well as min 5 years work experience from sourcing. Project management skills and experiences from working in project based environment are considered as additional qualifications.
To be successful in this role, you will need to work cross functional in the organization in cooperation whit other Perstorp colleagues. You are a team player, but not afraid of taking own initiative. Excellent language skills in both written and spoken English and Swedish are required, German as additional qualification.
As strategic Purchaser you will report to the Vice President Local Supply Site Perstorp. The position is to cover for 9 months and is based in Perstorp .
