Then w e have the perfect challenge for you! We are looking for a strategic Project Lead to our new Global Marketing team, located in the heart of Gothenburg.
Your role in our team.
You are a part of our Global Marketing team, working with a digital mindset with the goal to create a globally, strong and future proof brand.
We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! As Strategic Project Lead you will lead strategic cross functional projects as well as developing plans for our ongoing global marketing campaigns. You are also responsible for that our strategic and business-oriented thinking permeates the cross functional projects that you lead. Your focus is on implementing Lindex business strategy from a marketing perspective. In order to take business-oriented decisions and make this happen you are gathering insights. You are responsible for the strategical and tactical planning of the coming quarters and to brief the relevant teams, you also follow up on projects/campaigns. Within the strategic Project Lead's responsibility also lays the task to sign off creative deliverables from a customer relevance and commercial perspective.
This is a substitute position approximately for 1 year with possibility of extension.
Is this you?
You are passionate about marketing and to see the effect our strategy has on Lindex brand, in the short and long term perspective. You have the ability to take own initiatives and managing your time. You are comfortable in a coordinating position and of course, you are a strong team player! Also, this probably sounds like you:
Academic degree in B&A, marketing, communication or similar
• 5 years' work experience from fashion retail or media agency
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Brand literate and customer centric
Business oriented and result driven
Selfstarter with a passion for your field
Strategical, analytical and structured
Able to focus on the big picture
Ability to brief and inspire creative teams, express yourself and clearly communicate feedback in a constructive way
