And the role as Strategic Product Planner and Process Development lead is at its heart at KY, Service Portfolio and Delivery, in Sales and Marketing. The role will report to Head of Product Planning & Portfolio Management, KYBB.
Your role
The work-day of the Strategic Product Planner and Process Development lead at KY will be diverse. It includes the responsibility of leading the design of the overall governance structure, processes and methods inspired by the SAFe framework that forms an agile service & product development management system the field of Service concepts, solutions and portfolios in close collaboration with other stakeholders in the Scania organization. This also comprises making sure that there are clear interfaces in the governance structure where the strategic direction and roadmap links into the operational service portfolio development and guides it in a natural way.
You will also have the responsibility of driving projects and topics around strategic product planning, which includes preparing strategic long-term work by analyzing trends and transferring these into demands and roadmaps in close cooperation with the other parts of the organization.
Your profile
You like a challenge, seeing opportunities and possible solutions rather than problems and obstacles. You have proven that you can drive change and get lasting results and you have an aptitude for working together with and through others to solve complex issues and look for win-win solutions in any situations you face. You have experience from designing and implementing agile & lean governance structures, and you have worked and delivered according to agile/SAFe principles within a large scale agile enterprise. You have also own experience from strategy development and implementation, as well as service development. You have great communication skills and don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves. You can get other's enthusiastic about new ideas. You have knowledge about Scania's products and services and can manage expectations in a complex environment with many stakeholders. But most of all, you are a team-player, looking to make a real difference for the future of Scania, understanding that we will be many that have to contribute to get there.
