As our Strategic Product Manager, you will:
• Devise local and global challenges and events to stimulate creativity in our innovation project pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing function to shape and execute communication strategies, enhancing awareness and encouraging idea submissions from our community of intrapreneurs.
• Lead workshops, communications, and activations related to each challenge, enhancing engagement, conversion rates, and the innovators ' comprehension and capacity to create new revenue-generating businesses for Ericsson.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to innovation project teams in their early stages.
• Champion and identify new business opportunities for Ericsson by recognizing pertinent technology and market trends, mapping customer or early adopter requirements, and assisting in screening potential partnership candidates (including startups).
• Lead the development of the Ericsson ONE Ambassador Program and other outreach initiatives to boost awareness and engagement with Ericsson ONE.
This role is as a consultancy via Adecco with planned start january 2024 and will go on until the 31/12 2024.
To excel in this role, we expect you to have:
• Prior experience in Innovation Enablement within large corporations or entrepreneurship experience in building companies.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of crafting compelling go-to-market messaging and internal communications.
• Knowledge of the relevant industry and products.
• A solid grasp of business dynamics and customer insights, coupled with proven project management skills.
• Familiarity with agile service development, conceptualization, and the use of UX & design-thinking tools.
• While not mandatory, an educational background in design-thinking, UX & service design would be a plus.
• An understanding of the UN 's Sustainable Development goals and the ability to integrate them into a business growth strategy.
