Are you interested to work at the center of Ericsson in a role where you combine technology, business, and critical thinking to create insights and value argumentation that allow and influence market areas to offer the right product solution to the right customer at the right time? We are now looking for a Network Solution Lead to join the Remote Radio team in Product Line Radio.
As a network solution lead you will be responsible for positioning and value argumentation of the product solutions related to remote radios - both towards other market areas and other product segments within PA Network. In this role you would help drive the introduction of new products for the Remote Radio segment, which is and will continue to be a corner stone to the success to Ericsson's Radio business and overall profitability. You would work with a broad portfolio, in a high pace environment driven by technology innovations in a dynamic competitive environment consisting of both traditional telecom vendors and 3PP new players.
You will
Support MAs in high impact deals and selected key deals based on needs
Drive value argumentation and insights for product solutions - both in RFx and selected customer engagements
Proactively drive "best practice" sharing with MA & BNEW
Share/collect BI/CI info from MAs, including how-to-beat competition
Share/collect product solution/portfolio gaps from MAs and create alternative solutions to meet the market need
Help create, evolve and communicate the portfolio segmentation - this includes positioning within the Remote Positioning segment and segmentation towards adjacent segments such as Massive MIMO and indoor.
Drive strategic information sharing with Market Areas related new product solutions. This includes acting as SPOC towards MAs for the products solutions and creating related content
Drive knowledge transfer of GA products to Bid Office
Track and support sales funnels and reference cases for new products
To be successful in the role you must have
Strong interpersonal communication skills & highly developed informal leadership skills
Customer, business and result oriented
Proven track record to influence internal and external audiences at a senior level.
Proven ability to drive cross-organizational alignment
Broad knowledge of (Ericsson) RAN portfolio and holistic insight in the RAN system
The ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment
Solid experience from product management or MA (preferably working in pre-sales role)
Ability to identify articulate customer value of product solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Solid financial acumen and skills
Detailed RAN and 5G technical understanding
Knowledge/experience of Inbound/outbound supply
Knowledge/experience of Network Roll-Out and Design Optimizations
Knowledge/experience of R&D
Additional Requirements
You must enjoy working in a high-pace environment where you continuously have to learn new things
Be customer focused and able to extract key customer values from an end-to-end solution
Be able to build strong relationships and trust with key pre-sales leads within the market areas
Be confident to identify and prioritize between tasks need to support market areas in the best way.
Be a team-player that is interested in understanding the other perspective(s) and enjoy finding common ground between multiple conflicting proposals
