Business Unit Support Solutions is now looking for a Strategic Product Manager to our Solution Area Business Support Systems.
As Strategic Product Manager you are responsible for the strategic evolution of the offering. Your tasks contain both operative and strategic work and leadership towards customers and market regions as well as internally towards the Solution Area and the Development Unit. You identify business opportunities and turn them into product and solution offerings thru producing, maintaining and communicating business analysis, strategies and requirements within the area.

Qualifications
To join the Ericsson Excellerate Global Leadership Program you require:
• 2 degrees and one of them a master's degree in either business, marketing or economics
• Preferably 2-4 years of work experience in customer project management, sales, marketing, consulting or finance in ICT area
• To be very motivated by and interested in working in the ICT area
• Interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and "outside the box"
• Self-esteem, self-knowledge, social ability and an interest and potential in leading other people
• A global attitude, willingness to relocate internationally
• The desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other language
• To be early adopters and enjoy using the latest technologies within Software and Business Development
• Experience of Customer Relationship Management systems will be considered a merit.
We think you have a business and marketing mindset with highly developed strategic and analytical skills. The position also requires that you:
• Have a natural curiosity regarding trends and market development in the domain
• Are good at building relationships both internally and externally
• Have a flexible approach to Business Modeling and Sales, meeting new market and customer demands
• Are innovative in developing Software Business Models and based on this can create clear and competitive propositions for the customer
• Are focused on business and results and have a proven record in delivering results.
