This is a role within the BNEW SAN Network Deployment Inside Portfolio team focusing on services Acceptance and its associated tools/apps and SW platforms. You will work closely with the relevant functional SPMs to identify and support definition of the RAN services portfolio end to end. In addition, you are expected to work with PDU, Service Delivery Units and MA organisations to drive adoption and support acceptance initiatives globally.
What you will do
Product Management for Acceptance and Single site verification including the following:
• Business Opportunity Analysis (ROI, Costs analysis)
• Lifecycle Control of Product/Services
• Product/Services analytics and benchmarking
• Product/Services planning
• Requirement Management
• Content & Resource management
• Solution Management
• Portfolio Management
Adoption and Deployment of acceptance solutions to MA stakeholders
Support pre-sales opportunities when required by MA
Develop "SaaS" opportunities and associated portfolio
You will bring
Experience as an Strategic Product Manager working with services
Good understanding of the acceptance requirements of each function in the design, build and optimize process of RAN network roll-out
Knowledgeable of NRO global tools
Experience in working with 3PP including negotiation, SLA and setting requirements
Good knowledge of RAN technologies and IP technologies
People leadership experience
Demonstrate relationship building with MA stakeholders
Cloud native architecture
SaaS life cycle management
In addition, we believe you have:
High degree of flexibility and eagerness to take on challenges with a can-do attitude
Flexible and accommodating in a dynamic and agile environment
Excellent communication and presentations skills
Experience driving technical and/or organizational change of significant complexity
Customer facing experience focusing on identification of customer's needs and requirements
Curious mindset and self-learner
You should be able to think and work independently with both short-term and long-term objectives. We expect you to be structured, well organized and highly motivated.
Be decisive and able to synthetase complex requirements and information and present relevant summaries for senior management
Drive to influence and collaborate
Nice to have:
Blockchain experience or good understanding of the blockchain technology
