Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson is developing a platform for data-intensive applications in the realms of Industry 4.0/Smart Manufacturing which can be used for AI, machine learning, real-time processing, or data storage and retrieval on a substantial scale.

We are now looking for a Strategic Product Manager for our Private Cloud Infrastructure unit, who will own and drive the strategy, development and rollout of the Colocation as a Service and Factory IT infra setup.

You will collaborate with Product Managers of the other enabling products, as well as multiple stakeholders and users of the products. The responsibilities also include ownership end-to-end, including the global 24x7 mission critical operations and support.

You will
Define and optimize product strategy and roadmap, including people and resources need to enable successful execution. Owns the product roadmap
Develop appropriately detailed specifications/descriptions for the product features, so they are clearly understood by the development teams, as well as the customers/users
Have end to end accountability for product delivery, including operational responsibility, from idea through development to retirement
Lead product team in sprint planning and daily activities, including prioritization and sequencing of user stories
Be responsible for regulatory compliance of the product. Align team to achieve objectives and key results.
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the main contact for queries related our offering


To be successful in the role you have
A University degree (MSc, MBA) or equivalent
5+years' experience and deep knowledge of how to set up and operate private cloud infrastructure on-prem, with experience of the VMware SW suite (vSphere, vSAN, vCenter, vRealize, and NSX) as well as servers, routers, and network
Ability to navigate customer demands to ensure the right prioritization
Demonstrated leadership capability and outstanding communication skills and ability to build networks
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
