Description of the Unit
Product Line Metro and Backhaul within Product Area IP carry the profit & loss responsibility for the Metro and Backhaul portfolio and this position relates to the IP Router Group, which contains Router 6000, as well as future products in this domain.
Position Summary
Purpose of Job Role is to manage assigned products, solutions, systems, services and 3rd party products during the different phases of the products life cycle, meet market needs and secure profitable products.

Position Qualification
Core Competences
International experience with a minimum 10 year?s experience with a leading vendor in the IP and mobile transport industry is a must.
Experience from both a product management and / or development perspective is a prerequisite.
A proven, strong IP product knowledge, as well as competitor knowledge in the mobile back haul transport area and adjacent areas is also required.

Knowledge of Product in question
Sound knowledge of Industry value flows and business models to understand consequences on business capabilities
Academic degree, MSc, MBA or equivalent
