Flyttlosning is a start-up company, currently looking for an educated and energetic person for a part-time job, with focus on business portfolio expansion at faster pace. You will be responsible for identifying and developing revenue opportunities within and outside the Flyttlosning business area. You will be part of a company with exciting future prospects, and forthcoming business areas. It is a company that offers a flat organizational structure with short decision-making paths and proximity to the company management, which means that you have vast opportunities to influence and assume significant responsibility.

Requirements:
The role is as the Strategic Portfolio Analyst, you will focus on the following key areas:
• You need to identify new prospective clients and research the existing workflow of current business for incremental revenue opportunities. You will maintain client records into Ms-Excel, and perform accurate revenue recognition reporting on weekly basis.
• It is your responsibility to maintain company's accounting and tax related monthly activities. You need to generate monthly dashboard for company's overall portfolio performance. Also, yearly budget creation and surplus / deficit analysis needs to be taken care.
• You need to strategically expand the business portfolio by market research and data analysis. You must be an advanced user of MS-Excel with automation skills (VBA) and report generation.
• You may also need to get into the core work (moving and packing) of the business if you are done with your core responsibilities. Moreover, in case of filling backup, this job requires your presence on weekends as well as on night shifts as well. For that, you need to be physically and mentally fit enough to perform these job duties. This extra work would also give you the fundamental knowledge of the business, and you can also optimize this work in efficient manner.
• You will align customer objectives to a sequence of next steps with Flyttlosning. It is Important that you maintain knowledge of market trends and the competition. You shall also Participate in Negotiations with customers.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
1. Should possess minimum bachelor degree
2. Relevant experience of 4-5 years into Data Analysis, Report generation, Portfolio analysis, budgeting and forecasting, billing and invoice management, Purchase Order knowledge, MS-Excel (VBA knowledge)
3. Possess good physique to pull the weight and willing and flexible person who is ready to work on weekends and night shifts as well (if required). Also the candidate has some substantial experience of working with weight lifting
4. Someone who is ready to work part-time (50% - 60%).
