hela Sverige Q&CS Strategy is a global function within GTT Quality & Customer Satisfaction, responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement by driving the development of Q&CS strategies, quality processes and tools, ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance of the GTT quality and environmental management system. We are now looking for a Strategic Planner
Mission
Quality is a core value of the Volvo Group and a prerequisite for customer satisfaction. Within the Group Trucks Technology (GTT), Quality & Customer Satisfaction drives X-functional quality work within GTT to secure Volvo Group leadership in customer satisfaction.
As a strategic planner within Q&CS Strategy you will have the responsibility to develop and implement strategies within GTT Quality & Customer Satisfaction, challenging and supporting the organization to initiate change and actions. In this position you will also be responsible for driving strategic projects and to support Quality & Customer Satisfaction in the achievement of the strategic objectives. You will in this position report to the Director of Q&CS Strategy .
Main activities and responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement by:
Developing, implementing and communicating strategies within GTT Quality & Customer Satisfaction.
Drive strategic projects selected by Truck Quality Committee or GTT Quality & Customer Satisfaction.
Coordinating actions to support the achievement of the strategic objectives within Quality & Customer Satisfaction.
Ensuring awareness and understanding of the GTT Q&CS strategies.
Supporting implementation of rules, guidelines, methods, tools, and training related to process development / implementation.
Representing GTT and GTT Q&CS in selected forums within Volvo Group.
Acting in close co-operation with the Quality & Customer Satisfaction line functions and other GTT units.
Contribute to develop Q&CS Strategy as a high performing team sharing experiences and utilizing best practice.
Qualifications
We believe that you are passionate for quality and willing to provide the best customer satisfaction experience. You have a positive drive with a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate global and cross-functional projects, keeping a business mind and customer orientation. As strategic planner you have an open and holistic mindset, are analytical, structured, and attentive as well as possess excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written. You are adept and capable of actively engaging with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment, and have the ability to build sustainable and trustful relationships and networks.
Required experiences and education
Master of science or equivalent in a relevant field
A minimum of five years? experience in management from project or line positions.
Formal training in leadership, communication and people skills would be valuable
Excellent understanding and experience of the business environment and end customer requirements.
A background in business development and change management is an advantage
Demonstrated experience in business intelligence, strategic planning, and quality management.
Strong analytical skills in combination with creativity, drive and target orientation
A successful record of driving extensive global projects in a multi-cultural / cross-functional environment
