Role Responsibilities

Manage Business Relationships: Act as the primary liaison for our key partner Steam and hardware partners such as Nvidia, Intel, Dell, Razor, etc. Negotiate and execute co-development and co-marketing deals, both exclusive and non-exclusive, with hardware partners. Ensure open lines of communication between 505 Games and key partners to explore monetization opportunities like key bundles, while considering revenue versus support balance.
Brand Ambassadorship: Champion all key 505 Games titles, collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Product Development (PD), Submissions, and Operations teams to plan and execute programs efficiently.
Revenue Generation and Support: Collaborate with key partners to drive digital revenue and secure meaningful support for both new releases and back catalogue titles.
Steam Page Optimization: Assist submissions and developers in setting up Steam pages, leveraging the platform's backend for successful launches, early access, pre-orders, wish list pages, PlayTest, NextFest, beta testing, sales pages, and discount periods.
Partnership Promotion: Collaborate with partners to promote titles and secure additional partnership opportunities through B2B monetization options and co-op marketing deals, particularly with hardware partners.
Client Relationship Management: Engage existing and past clients to understand their upcoming needs and educate them on 505 titles, fostering lasting relationships.
Internal Coordination: Serve as the go-to person internally for key partners, ensuring all account needs are met daily. Be accountable for marketing and promoting all gaming activations to maximize audience engagement.
Reporting and Compliance: Generate and circulate regular reports to the Strategic Partnership VP, providing campaign updates.
Contract Adherence and Support: Work with Brand teams to ensure individual game contracts align with existing obligations and timelines and support the VP and team members to ensure accurate representation and sufficient marketing on each platform.

What We're Looking For: Gaming Industry Experience: Essential for navigating the complex landscape of gaming partnerships, your experience in the industry will be the foundation of your success in this role.
Expertise in Steam Backend: With the Steam platform playing a pivotal role in our operations, a deep understanding of its backend functionalities is not just important - it's essential.
Account Management Experience: 4-5+ years required.
Proficiency in Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong Industry Connections: Extensive network preferred.
Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Critical.
Relationship Building Skills: In particular experience in long term B2B relationships is required.
Detail-Oriented Project Management: Essential.
Track Record of Sales Success: Proven ability to hit targets in dynamic environments.
Exceptional Communication Skills in English, written and verbal.
Experience Across Gaming Formats: Varied experience needed.
Understanding of Game Production and Marketing: Vital.
Willingness to Travel: Domestic and international.
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or another relevant field required.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Barona for the period of the Maternity cover. Barona is an international group with offices in 10 countries.
