WorkShop is now looking for a Strategic Lead Trainer in Oslo or Stockholm for one of the strongest data & consumer electronic brands in the world!
We are looking for a Strategic Lead Trainer that is highly driven by training and educating people, have leadership skills and passion for product education. We believe our new Strategic Lead Trainer is outgoing and social, loves taking the stage and is and interested in the tech and computing market.
As a Strategic Lead Trainer your responsibilities will be:
• Work closely in cooperation with external stakeholders as a point of contact regarding training strategy and materials
• Adapt and prioritize training concept and material to be applied to the Nordic market retailing partners
• Set strategies, plan execution and follow up
• Responsible for ensuring high product knowledge within the Nordic Field Team.
• Plan and execute on training initiatives and retailing partners events
• Deliver on stakeholder KPI's
• Attend meetings with external senior stakeholders
• Present new training initiatives for retailing partners
• Establishing strong and sustainable relationships with partners
• Provide relevant training content to fit in overall stakeholder strategy
Previous experience and requirements:
• Minimum two years of previous trainer experience
• Previous experience from planning and setting strategies and follow up
• Previous experience from retail (home electronics) is beneficial
• Have a driver's license
• Fluent in both local and English language (written and verbal communication)

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-starter and result-driven
• Ability to influence and teach
• Flexible and solution oriented
Placement: Oslo or Stockholm
Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
Working hours: Full time
