IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
The Enterprise Architecture team responsibility is to provide clarity in strategies, provide effective methods to address complex business challenges and to govern for a future proven IT landscape Furthermore will the team also function as an important part in the set-up of IT collaboration within Traton Group.
We are looking for an agile-minded, strategic focused and experienced chief architect with the ability to also develop people and teams. The person we seek has a proven track record in leading change and to develop flexible and effective Enterprise Architecture functions.
Your commitments / mission
You will together with your team set the foundations for a future proven and value driven Enterprise Architecture. A huge part of the work is to connect with colleagues on the strategic level cross Scania as well as cross other brands within Traton group. You will also work closely with Scania CIO, the rest of IT management as well as other business stakeholders advising in strategic technology directions.
Major tasks are to:
• Establish a modern and business driven Enterprise Architecture, enabling a flexible and agile implementation, cross Scania and the brands within Traton group
• Establish and nurture a model for cooperation across the architecture communities across Scania and the brands within Traton group
• Provide insight into the current and desired states of the organization, software, and technology
• Align that software and technologies in the IT Landscape supports Scania business strategy and goals
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to increase the quality of individual solutions and strategic decisions
• Continuously develop skills and competencies within your team in order to deliver towards the above target view

You need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English. To be successful in this role you will enjoy working in a global evolving, strongly dynamic environment. Problem solving, meeting tight deadlines, and achieving results are as critical as strong relationship skills to continue to utilize the power of software & data for Scania business.
