Seco operates in a global industrial environment within the business area Machining where efficient and transparent logistics flows are essential. In this role, you help strengthen the collaboration between Seco and Machining Logistics, which oversees the end-to-end logistics for machined components.

About the job
You own the strategic interface between Seco and Machining Logistics, where you establish governance models, ensure KPI transparency, improve flows and handovers, and drive long-term improvements that enhance cross-functional performance. This role plays a key part in shaping how Seco interfaces with Machining Logistics and influences the development of our global logistics flows.
What you do:
Translate business needs into logistics requirements.
Oversee governance forums and ensure transparency in logistics performance and KPIs.
Drive corrective actions and accountability for deviations.
Identify bottlenecks across the interface and lead cross-functional discussions to resolve them.
Improve handovers and reduce operational ambiguity.
Contribute to roadmap and prioritized improvement initiatives.
Advance continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance, cost efficiency and service reliability across the interface.
Location and flexibility
The location for this position is flexible within Europe, preferably close to a Seco site. Hybrid arrangements in your work offer flexibility, so you can balance life and work.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with experience from supply chain, logistics or flow management, ideally in environments with complex interfaces. You're structured, data-driven and collaborative - navigating well between strategic and hands-on tasks. With clear communication, you easily build trust, influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions. Your analytical, proactive and improvement-oriented features are key.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
A university degree or equivalent experience.
Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build alignment across functions.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable logistics solutions.
Solid analytical capability and comfort working with data, KPIs and dashboards.
Experience with continuous improvement and structured problem solving.
Strong communication and influencing skills in international environments.
We value experience from roles with operational or commercial responsibility within logistics networks or supply chain flows.
