The arena
We are seeking a professional HR Business Partner for one of our R&D areas - Innovative Medicines & Early Development - in Mölndal, Sweden.
The Role
In this HR Business Partner role you collaborate closely with and advise our business area leadership teams and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that align and reflect our business strategy. You are responsible for implementing business area HR strategies within your functions, ensuring that the execution of them enables the business to meet its functional and commercial objectives.
We also expect you to provide HR leadership, proactively leveraging networks to deliver effective solutions and results.
This HR Business Partner role requires extensive experience of providing a strategic HR service in a large global organisation.
The right person will be comfortable and familiar with working in a highly innovative, challenging and changing environment where you play to win.
Main responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
Strategic workforce plans for your business function that deliver people solutions to meet business objectives
Collaboration across HR to ensure effective implementation of HR solutions, process and policies, in support of country and/or SET area business strategies.
Coach, influence, guide and challenge business executives to ensure strong business performance.
Foster a people focused environment that embraces change, supports the culture and vision, provides open communication and contributes to the profitability of the business, through a confident leadership style.
Work to develop positive and collaborative employee engagement in and across the business areas and helping to create an environment that promotes our business as a great place to work.
Provide functional leadership to appropriate Senior Management Teams to ensure that the medium and longer-term goals are met and that people focused innovations are delivered.
Drive and facilitate the functional Talent agenda to ensure that robust succession pipelines are actively aligned to the future needs of the business.
Drive reward strategy; workforce planning and management; and employee engagement through the business areas you hold accountabilities for.
