hela Sverige Ericsson Distribution Centre - Ryda (DC) is a Consolidated Warehouse for Store Packed Goods (SPG) within Ericsson AB. The DC is located at Site Ryda in Borås. The DC consists of Inbound Operations; Warehouse and Outbound Operations; Warehouse Capability and Operations Planning and Control.
Description
The DC is responsible for handling incoming goods, warehousing and shipments of packed customer orders and is a vital part of the Ericsson operation.
We are now recruiting a Strategic Distribution Manager - SDM
As a SDM you will supervise and co-ordinate activities as implementing lean, change management, bench marking etc, related to the whole DC operations.
The purpose is to ensure and further develop an efficient and competitive inbound and outbound distribution of E/// products to the agreed delivery point.
Identifying new ways of working and driving general improvement of Operations within the area will be your focused activities,
You will also be the prime driver of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). LEAN and Agile are watchwords for you.
Your interface will be: Site Management, Line Manager, Central Distribution Logistics
You will report to the Manager of SPG Operations.
Qualifications
• You have a Master degree in Logistic or/and production or equivalent work experience
• High intellectual and analytic capacity
• Good knowledge in LEAN and Agile principles and been working with these in several years
• Good communication and presentation skills
• You enjoy working closely to the operation as well as your stakeholders and know how to manage professional relationships to achieve the best results
• You have good experience and knowledge in Change Management as well as in systematic improvement processes
• You have good verbal and written skills in English and Swedish
Experience from working with Supply Chain, Warehousing and/or 3PL is necessary.
We also think that you have been manager in at least on of your latest assignments.
