Titel: Strategic Category Buyer - Casted Parts temp 6 months
Are you ready to secure the success of our new products and serial production? In a central role, you will lead and develop our supplier base for casted part. You will also make sure that cross-functional improvement activities - Quality, Delivery, Cost and Projects - are properly performed. It will be your job to drive and initiate supplier development activities. This role will provide you with an international setting, an extensive network and great outlooks for your future growth with us.
Experience requirements To succeed in this position, you need at least five years experience from strategic sourcing and great negotiation skills. It is required that you have experience within casting and machining processes. As you will be working on an international arena, your English must be excellent, written and spoken alike. Familiarity with cross-functional teamwork and category management - as well as with SAP, the running of SRM processes and strategic meeting structure - is also needed. Any international experience will be highly appreciated. Educational requirements You hold a Master of Engineering or equivalent degree. Personality requirements You are a natural communicator and networker who easily create long-term relationships. Given the nature of the role, and our business area, you also need a solid technical interest, a commercial mindset and a positive attitude. Other than that, you have a strong inner drive and the ability to take action and ownership of the tasks at hand.
