As a strategic buyer, you have the main responsibility for developing our supplier base. The task include a close cooperation with our suppliers in order to improve areas such as price, technology, quality, lead time and delivery accuracy.
Main responsibilities:
• Key role in our RFQ and industrialization process.
• Planning, negotiation and implementation of agreements within the component area you are responsible. Here you also cooperate close with the group's global sourcing organization.
• Development and improvement of the supply base and supplier performance.
• Support our production sites with sourcing issues
• Development and improvement of the supply base as well as supplier performance.
• Support our production sites with sourcing related issues
We are looking for a person with:
• A university degree in engineering as a base.
• Experience from either mechanics or electronic production industry.
• Experience of IFS is a plus, but not required
• Interested in and able to contribute in development and improvement of processes and work routines.
• Well developed communication and social skills with ability to handle several interfaces both internally and externally.
• Fluent in English, skills of other languages is an advantage. Set your language skills in your application
• Strong internal motivation, with ability to take own initiative within the cross functional organization
• Like working in a structured and goal-oriented way.
• A big portion of business awareness.
• A good sense of humor, understanding we are one Company and the ambition to grow together with us.
